Face Glasses

This is my character so far I started to make her face but then I got side tracked when I was tweaking her nose and lips, so for now she has a cool mask look going on, or maybe opera glasses even opera goggles. I hope to have her face done soon and then I will begin to texture both of my characters.

Here is a picture of the character I am working on right now, she was going to be memo but now she is going to be someone different. Please let me know what you think of this model so far and what you think of Victoria.

The bike video

I ended up rendering in 8 bit targa instead of 32 bit so that is why it looks so terrible. I am going to render it again soon. By the way I am working on another character and their face, I am pretty happy with how it is going, once I get more completed on it I will post a picture.

Victoria and her bicycle

Guess what? I found out what the ghost cube was, it was a spot light; I also found out that 8 bit targa is not the same as 32 bit targa so its time to render the bike again but better. Victoria's face is done she is also unwrapped, I will be texturing her soon.

I made some hair for Victoria, she will also have stubby little pigtails soon.

mountain with trees on it

I made this in Vue 8. The dimensions are the way they are because Alan is going to help me fix it later. Basically it is easier to make it this way and then put it as a standard definition later than it is to make it the definition you want in the program (silly Vue).

The new face of Victoria

Victoria has a face now and some clothes.

She still needs hair and the rest of her head and some tweaking, and then to be unwrapped and textured, and given a nice normal map but most of her is in existence now.

This is the bike I am working on, right now it has invisi-wheels.
A fun fact I found out while looking for pictures of this type of bike is that it is called a penny farthing because it looked like a quarter and a penny put together. It is also called a high-wheeler for obvious reasons. This type of bike became popular after the boneshaker (the first type of bike to have pedals) but lost popularity around 1880 once the safety bicycle came out. The safety bike was touted for being a lot safer than the penny farthing, and is very close to the design of bikes we use today.
I can't imagine falling off of a penny farthing, it looks like a long way down.

Udated update

I am working on making her face, its going well in my opinion for my first attempt at a face.
